This 10km off-road run captures the stunning coastline views of the Godley Head Track.  The recently refurbished track begins at Taylors Mistake beach and winds its way around the peninsula via Boulder Bay, past the historic huts and gun emplacements, to the top of Godley Head. From there you will move onto a grassed farm track before rejoining the Godley Head Pathway to return the start/finish line

The Sumner Rocks Village Street Party 2014 is coming up next month, Sunday 9th March from 11am to 6pm.

There will be live music from Hera, Best Mates and The Billie Jean Project, along with Street Performers and craft stalls lining the closed off streets of the central Village.

The local Chefs will get together to create a delicious BBQ while the Community Bar will be pouring cold beer and locally owned Tiki wines.
The kids will have an array of activities from Vertical bungy, water walkers, a big inflatable slide and a skate jam.

As part of Sea Week come along in sea themed fancy dress and win prizes on the day. Open to kids and adults alike…think pirates, mermaids, Nemo, sharks, jelly fish! The parade starts at 12:15 by the main stage.

Come and enjoy a family day out in the relaxed beachside Sumner Village and perhaps even go home with the raffle prize of a travel package from House of Travel Ferrymead.

There will be a BBQ for you to cook on so bring your escargot, camembert and Champagne and enjoy an afternoon on the Village Green with a touch of French flair.
